It is known that Bill Gates has expressed on previous occasions that Android remains his preferred system, but he clarified his position more in this interview on Clubhouse with journalist Andrew Ross Sorkin and Paul Davidson, one of the founders of Clubhouse, where Bill Gates prefers the more open nature of the Android system environment, As he is more "flexible" about how the software interacts with the operating system, he added, "I actually use an Android phone, and since I want to monitor everything, I often play with iPhones, but the device that I have with me is Android"

Bill Gates added, "Some Android phone makers pre-install Microsoft software in a way that makes things easier for me

They are more flexible about how the program communicates with the operating system. So I got used to that, you know, that a lot of my friends own iPhones. So there is no purity! ''
