Antonio Conte, the head coach of Italian team Napoli, stated that there is no team that is invincible as his league-leading team prepares to host Juventus, which has remained unbeaten in Serie A this season, in a crucial match next Saturday.
While Juventus, led by Thiago Motta, has not lost in the domestic league, they have struggled with 13 draws and eight wins, placing them fifth, 13 points behind Napoli.
Conte told reporters on Thursday: “There are no invincible teams; sooner or later, everyone has to lose. Generally speaking, losing is part of life.”
He continued: “They are in the Champions League, they are a big club, like Milan clubs, they deserve a lot of respect.”
He added: “They have a great history behind them, and every year they play to win.”
Despite losing key players, such as striker Victor Osimhen who was loaned to Galatasaray at the start of the season, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who moved to Paris Saint-Germain this month, Conte remained open-minded about conducting business during the current transfer window.
