Real Madrid advanced to the final of the Spanish Super Cup, currently being held in Saudi Arabia.
The team triumphed 3-0 over Real Mallorca on Thursday in the semifinal match at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium (The Shining Jewel) in Jeddah.
English international star Jude Bellingham opened the scoring for Real Madrid in the 63rd minute. Later, Mallorca’s Slovakian player Martin Valjent inadvertently added to Real Madrid’s tally with an own goal in the third minute of injury time at the end of the second half.

With this result, Real Madrid secured a highly anticipated final against their traditional rival, Barcelona, which will take place on Sunday at the same stadium.

Real Madrid is participating in the tournament as last season’s La Liga champions, while Barcelona enters as the league’s runner-up.
Meanwhile, Athletic Bilbao qualified for the Super Cup after winning last season’s Copa del Rey, defeating Mallorca in the final, where Mallorca finished as runners-up.
