Liverpool Fans Warn Manchester City: "Dreaded" Salah is Coming Your Way

English football enthusiasts, particularly those supporting Liverpool, have issued a stern warning to their upcoming rivals, Manchester City, following the remarkable performance of their star player, Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian forward recently displayed his exceptional skills by netting a "super hat-trick" during the World Cup 2026 qualifiers.

Salah has now become the all-time top scorer for his national team in World Cup qualifiers after scoring four goals against Djibouti in the opening round of qualifiers last Thursday.

One fan, expressing his thoughts on the well-known "X" platform, formerly known as Twitter, stated, "I hope Salah can replicate the same against Manchester City." Another replied, "Salah just scored 4 goals in 70 minutes... looks terrifying before facing City."

In a playful tone, a third fan remarked, "They should replace Mohamed Salah now; we need that energy against City." Another added, "Mohamed Salah, that's enough, save the rest for Manchester City."

Liverpool is set to face Manchester City in a highly anticipated match as the English Premier League resumes next weekend. Currently, Manchester City leads the league table with 28 points, just one point ahead of the Reds.

Jurgen Klopp's team has remained unbeaten since September, except for a controversial loss to Tottenham Hotspur. However, they dropped points against Brighton and Hove Albion and Luton Town since that match. Salah has already scored 10 goals in the domestic competition this season.

The clash between Liverpool and Manchester City promises to be a showdown for the top spot in the league, with both teams vying for supremacy. Football enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the encounter to witness if Salah's electrifying form will continue to pose a threat to Manchester City's defense.
