OPPO Launches its Foldable Phone, Find N3


OPPO has announced the global availability of its first horizontally foldable phone, the Find N3, marking a significant milestone for the company's expansion beyond China.



The device boasts an AMOLED external display measuring 6.31 inches with a resolution of 2484×1116 pixels. Noteworthy is its dynamic refresh rate ranging from 10 to 120 Hz. The screen adopts a 20:9 aspect ratio and achieves a brightness of up to 2800 nits per square meter.


Upon unfolding the phone, a spacious 7.82-inch display with a resolution of 2440×2268 pixels is revealed. It also features a dynamic refresh rate spanning from 1 to 120 Hz, along with maximum brightness capabilities.


Under the hood, the Find N3 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, accompanied by a substantial 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a capacious 512GB of internal storage.


The battery, with a capacity of 4805mAh, supports SuperVOOC fast charging at 67 watts, enabling a full charge of 100% in just 42 minutes.


As for the cameras, the internal front-facing camera boasts 20 megapixels, while the external front camera impresses with 32 megapixels.


The rear camera setup is threefold, comprising a 48-megapixel primary lens equipped with a Sony LYTIA-T808 sensor, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens that facilitates a hybrid zoom of up to 6x or 145mm.


The phone supports a three-window display mode in both vertical and horizontal orientations, allowing applications to accommodate screen splitting.


OPPO indicates that 95% of applications are compatible with the wide display, and users can customize the size of the active window to suit their needs.


The Find N3 is available in four distinct colors. The black and red variants feature a rear panel made of plant-based leather, while the green and gold options showcase a non-reflective glass back. The device is priced at 1650 euros.
