Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its new operating system, Xiaomi HyperOS, by the end of this month. This new system will replace the MIUI interface, of which 13 versions have been released thus far.
The use of HyperOS is not limited to smartphones alone; it is expected to be available in over 200 different products offered by Xiaomi, including smart home devices, accessories, TVs, smartphones, tablets, and more.
According to reports from Android Authority, HyperOS will be created by integrating the Android system with Xiaomi Vela. This new system will serve as a core for many future internet-connected devices, indicating its significant importance in this release.
As for the global availability of this new system, Xiaomi's CEO did not directly address the question. Instead, he encouraged everyone to stay tuned to the Chinese company for further updates and announcements.
