Biden: Expecting Aid to Enter Gaza Within 48 Hours

President Joe Biden stated on Friday that he believes trucks loaded with humanitarian aid will reach Gaza within the next 24 to 48 hours, as reported by Reuters.

Israeli occupying forces continue their airstrikes on various Palestinian locations in response to the "Aqsa Tempest" operation carried out by Palestinian resistance factions on October 7th of last year.

The first strike of the Aqsa Tempest targeted Israeli military sites, airports, and fortifications. 5,000 rockets were launched at Israeli targets in the first twenty minutes of the operation, reaching settlements and Israeli targets in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ashdod, and deep within Israeli territory. Hundreds of movement members infiltrated the settlements surrounding Gaza, engaging in street warfare against settlers and occupation soldiers.
