On Wednesday, the holding company Exor, which owns Juventus, revealed that the top-tier Italian football club incurred losses amounting to €81 million during the second half of its fiscal year ending in June. This signifies that the club concluded the year with a deficit of approximately €110 million.
In contrast, some of the most successful Italian football clubs had announced net losses of €29.5 million for the first six months of the fiscal year until December 31, 2022.
It is anticipated that the club, headquartered in Turin, will disclose the results of the fiscal year ending on June 30 later this month. In the 2021-2022 fiscal year, Juventus experienced record losses, reaching around €240 million.
